When we think about WELLBEING we can think of several headings.
Our mental health can affect our bodies physically, causing our bodies not to function the way it was designed to. This often shows up as pains in our bodies, migraines, insomnia, loss of appetite, over eating, consistent or extreme anger and aggression.
These are the categories we will focus on, but I know you will agree that the subject on health is a huge topic.
MENTAL HEALTH

WELLBEING
Refers to our psychological and physical well-being. This relates to being happy, healthy and comfortable in our environment. We can agree that our bodies are complex and so is the mind, therefore, different therapies are a great idea.
Anxiety
A feeling of fear and fearful of situations.
Sometimes related to stress. An extreme stressful situation over a long period of time. During that time of stress, we often hold our breath. This cause the brain to shut down due to lack of oxygen to the brain.
Social anxiety
A feeling of mistrust and being judged by others, this also includes fear of surroundings.
Depression
A loss of interest in daily activities and hope. Loss of interest in physical appearance. Feelings of hopelessness and helplessness. This includes loss of appetite or comfort eating. Uncontrollable and consistent crying. Feelings of anger and self harming.
PERSONAL WELLBEING
Good overall health affects all areas of our lives, if we are not functioning at the right level daily.
SOCIAL WELLBEING
This relates to being happy, healthy and comfortable in our environment.
PHYSICAL WELLBEING
Involves some form of exercise. There are several different types of exercises that's suitable for all levels of fitness and age including ability specific.
Our bodies produce endorphins during exercise
NUTRITION
&
WELLBEING
Is a very important source for our health. What we put in our bodies effects our overall health. This includes behaviours, energy and our physical bodies. Good nutrition is vitally important for proper functioning of the body.

WELLBEING AT WORK
Our wellbeing in our place of work is also important because it affects our ability to perform well and produce good work. If we are not performing well, it can lead to low self esteem.
